These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Zero Debt Degree website, application, scholarship database, scholarship matching features, subscription services, educational resources, and related services provided by Janeisha Cambridge, LLC. In these Terms, “Zero Debt Degree,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Janeisha Cambridge, LLC, while “you” and “your” refer to the person accessing or using the services.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing the Application, or otherwise using Zero Debt Degree, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Application.
You must be legally permitted to use the Application and enter into these Terms. Where a user is below the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement, use of the Application must take place with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
Certain features require an account. Information provided during registration and while completing a profile must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported to us promptly.

Scholarship listings may include eligibility requirements, deadlines, award amounts, application requirements, provider information, and links to external application pages.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain useful and current information, but scholarship providers may change, suspend, extend, or withdraw opportunities without notifying us. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that every scholarship listing will always be complete, current, accurate, or available.
When information within the Application differs from information published by the scholarship provider, the provider's official terms and requirements should be treated as controlling.
The Application may use information provided in your profile to identify scholarship opportunities that may be relevant to you. This information may include academic details, education level, location, interests, activities, achievements, background information, goals, and other information voluntarily provided through the Application.
You are responsible for keeping your profile information accurate and reasonably current. Incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information may affect the quality or relevance of scholarship recommendations.
Profile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Zero Debt Degree may provide scholarship matches, recommendation scores, eligibility indicators, rankings, filters, or other personalized results. These features are intended to help narrow available scholarship opportunities based on the information available to the Application.
A match, score, recommendation, or ranking does not represent an official determination that you qualify for a scholarship. Scholarship providers may consider additional requirements, documents, circumstances, or selection criteria that are not available to Zero Debt Degree.
Users remain responsible for reviewing the official scholarship requirements before submitting an application.
Certain features may use automated systems, algorithms, artificial intelligence, or similar technologies to support scholarship matching, scoring, organization, recommendations, or other Application functions.
Automated results depend on available information, system logic, and the accuracy of information provided by users and third parties. These systems may occasionally produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable results and should not be treated as guarantees or official eligibility decisions.
Final scholarship decisions are made solely by the applicable scholarship provider.
Scholarship deadlines, award amounts, eligibility rules, application procedures, and availability may change at any time. Zero Debt Degree does not control those changes and cannot guarantee continued availability of any particular opportunity.
Before submitting an application, users should confirm the scholarship's current requirements directly with the scholarship provider. Zero Debt Degree is not responsible for decisions made by scholarship providers or for changes made to third-party scholarship programs.
You are responsible for reviewing scholarship requirements, preparing and submitting your applications, providing accurate information, meeting deadlines, and complying with the rules established by each scholarship provider.
Zero Debt Degree may provide tools, recommendations, resources, or guidance intended to support the scholarship process, but responsibility for each application remains with the applicant.
You agree not to provide false or misleading information, impersonate another person, misuse Application features, interfere with the operation of the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Zero Debt Degree for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Zero Debt Degree does not guarantee that use of the Application, a paid subscription, a recommendation, a coaching service, or any other feature will result in receiving a scholarship, financial award, admission, financial aid, or any other particular outcome.
Scholarship selections are made independently by third-party providers and may depend on applicant qualifications, competition, essays, interviews, deadlines, availability of funds, provider judgment, and other factors outside our control.
Payment for Zero Debt Degree services provides access to the applicable service or features and does not constitute payment for a guaranteed scholarship award.
Zero Debt Degree may provide guides, templates, educational content, application tips, coaching materials, webinars, consultations, résumé guidance, essay support, interview preparation, or similar resources.
These materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, admissions, or other licensed professional advice, and they do not guarantee any particular scholarship or academic outcome.
Certain features or services may require a paid subscription. The applicable price, billing frequency, included features, and material subscription terms will be presented before purchase.
Access to subscription features remains subject to the plan selected and may change if a subscription expires, is cancelled, is downgraded, or is otherwise terminated according to these Terms.
We may introduce, modify, or discontinue subscription plans or features from time to time. Where required by applicable law, notice will be provided before material changes affecting an existing paid subscription take effect.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the price and billing terms disclosed at checkout.
Where automatic renewal applies, your subscription may renew at the end of each billing period unless it is cancelled before the applicable renewal date. Any applicable renewal terms will be presented during the purchase process.
You are responsible for maintaining valid and current payment information. Failed or declined payments may result in delayed, restricted, or suspended access to paid features.
Subscriptions may be cancelled using the cancellation method available through your account or the contact options provided by Zero Debt Degree. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically reverse charges that have already been processed.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Zero Debt Degree Refund Policy and any specific guarantee or promotional terms presented at the time of purchase. Different products or services may have different refund conditions.
Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution involved.
Zero Debt Degree may occasionally offer promotional pricing, discounts, trials, special packages, or other limited offers. Each promotion may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, duration limits, renewal terms, or other conditions presented with the offer.
Promotions may be modified or discontinued where permitted by law. Promotional pricing does not necessarily apply to future subscription periods unless expressly stated.
The Application may contain links to scholarship providers, schools, educational organizations, payment processors, websites, application portals, social platforms, or other third-party services.
These third parties operate independently from Zero Debt Degree. We do not control their content, availability, eligibility decisions, security, privacy practices, application requirements, or terms of service.
Use of third-party websites or services may be subject to separate agreements between you and the applicable third party.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Zero Debt Degree may not directly receive or store complete payment card information.
Payment processing may therefore be subject to the terms, security procedures, and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider. We are not responsible for payment delays, rejected transactions, outages, or other issues caused solely by an external payment provider or financial institution.
You may use the Application only for lawful personal or educational purposes consistent with these Terms.
You may not scrape or systematically extract Application data, interfere with Application security, introduce malicious software, attempt to bypass access restrictions, obtain another user's information without authorization, overload our systems, reverse engineer proprietary technology where prohibited by law, or copy substantial portions of protected content without permission.
Use of automated tools to abuse, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Application is prohibited unless we have provided written authorization.
The Zero Debt Degree name, branding, Application, software, databases, original written content, educational resources, graphics, templates, tools, functionality, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Janeisha Cambridge, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your use of Zero Debt Degree does not transfer ownership of these materials to you. Unless otherwise stated, materials made available through the service may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, publish, distribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected Zero Debt Degree materials without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of information or content that you submit through the Application.
By submitting information necessary for use of the service, you permit us to host, store, process, analyze, and use that information as reasonably necessary to provide scholarship matching, maintain your account, operate the Application, improve functionality, prevent misuse, and provide requested services.
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Zero Debt Degree may send communications relating to account activity, subscription status, billing, support requests, scholarship features, appointments, security issues, or changes affecting the service.
Where permitted by law, promotional or marketing communications may also be sent. Promotional emails may generally be unsubscribed from using the method provided in the message.
Unsubscribing from promotional communications does not prevent necessary account, billing, transaction, or security messages.
We aim to maintain reliable access to the Application, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, software updates, hosting issues, security measures, third-party services, network problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, improve, restrict, suspend, replace, or discontinue Application features where reasonably necessary. Nothing in these Terms guarantees that a particular feature or scholarship listing will remain available permanently.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zero Debt Degree and its related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Application will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, completely accurate, or suitable for every user's particular circumstances. We also do not guarantee that all available scholarships will appear in the database or that every recommendation will be relevant to every user.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Janeisha Cambridge, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use Zero Debt Degree.
This may include losses resulting from missed scholarship opportunities, unsuccessful applications, inaccurate or outdated third-party information, scholarship-provider decisions, service interruptions, third-party services, or reliance on recommendations provided by the Application.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of Zero Debt Degree, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Application.
This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Use of Zero Debt Degree is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how personal information, account information, cookies, tracking technologies, and related data may be collected, used, stored, shared, and protected.
Those policies should be reviewed together with these Terms.
You may request closure of your account using the available account settings or contact methods.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, suspected unlawful conduct, serious or repeated violations of these Terms, security concerns, nonpayment, misuse of the Application, or conduct that could harm Zero Debt Degree, its users, or third parties.
Account closure or termination does not automatically create a right to a refund and does not remove obligations that arose before termination.
Certain information may continue to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, transaction records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Application, scholarship services, subscriptions, payment practices, legal requirements, technology, security practices, or business operations.
The current version will be made available through the website or Application and will display an updated revision date. Where required by law, additional notice or consent may be provided before a material change becomes effective.
Continued use of the Application after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or Zero Debt Degree services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any enforceable dispute-resolution provisions that apply.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and any specific terms presented when purchasing a subscription, program, consultation, or other service, form the agreement governing your use of Zero Debt Degree.
If specific purchase terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms applicable to that purchase will control for that transaction.
